Crypto records don’t add up?

We reconstruct missing and inconsistent crypto transaction histories for individuals and accountants across Australia.

Fixed pricing. Five day turnaround.

CALL US WHEN:

  • The software’s answer looks wrong. Transfers between your own wallets counted as sales, missing purchase history, or different tools producing different numbers.

  • Your data is messy. Broken exports, multiple exchanges and wallets, or years where records are incomplete.

  • An exchange is gone or a wallet is missing. We reconstruct what bank records, exchange data and the blockchain can support, and clearly document what can’t be proven.

  • Your tax agent can’t use what you have. We turn fragmented crypto records into a clear, organised evidence pack for your tax agents review.

We reconstruct the records.

Your tax agent makes the tax decisions.

WHAT YOU GET

A clear record of your crypto activity, ready for your tax agent.

  • A confidence flag on every row showing what is verified, calculated or reconstructed.

  • A reconstruction register showing every gap, the evidence used, and what remains unresolved.

  • Every transaction in one consistent format, converted to Australian dollars.

  • A balance check showing that wallets, exchanges and cash movements reconcile.

  • A clear yearly summary, ready for review by your registered tax agent.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Tell me what you have

A short call or email. I’ll review what records you have, tell you what can realistically be rebuilt, and quote a fixed price for the whole job. No charge, no obligation.

2. Data collection

Once you’re happy with the quote, I send clear instructions for each exchange and wallet. Data is transferred securely, and I only work with read-only exports and public wallet addresses, never private keys, seed phrases or logins.

3. Reconciliation

Your records are rebuilt and cross-checked: duplicate transactions, transfers between your own wallets, missing purchase history, closed exchanges and unexplained gaps. If I need anything clarified, I’ll come back with one clear list rather than a stream of emails.

4. Deliver

Within five working days of receiving everything, you get the completed workbook, supporting source files and a clear list of anything that still needs review by your registered tax agent.

Hand over the records.

We’ll make sense of them.

Priced before any work starts.

No hourly billing.

No revised invoices.

ABOUT ME

I’m Pavel Kvatch, working with clients across New Zealand and Australia.

Crypto Records started after I ran my own transaction history through several well-known crypto reporting tools and got materially different results. I wanted to understand why.

I studied accounting and statistics at university, and later worked in film and VFX where much of my role involved managing complex data moving between systems. It taught me to be methodical: trace the source, find the break, and make sure the numbers hold together.

Crypto reconstruction uses the same approach: trace every number back to its source, identify where the records break, and document clearly what can and cannot be supported.

The aim is simple: take a mess of crypto records and hand back something clear, organised and ready for accountant review.
